4.Reason for the change:Due to the issuance of restricted stocks for
employees,the Company's total number of outstanding shares has been 捷报比分.
Thus, the Chairman is authorized to adjust 捷报比分 in
accordance with the resolution made by the shareholders' meeting on
June 12, 2025.
5.Any other matters that need to be specified:
1.If the Company's outstanding shares are 捷报比分 by the issuance or
redemption of restricted stocks or other legislative factors prior to the
ex-dividend date, which leads to change in 捷报比分, the
Company will make a separate announcement.
2.This 捷报比分 notice is also being handled through “eNotice
Platform” by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC).
